Dr. Joseph Giasi grew up in a small farming town in upstate New York, where he spent his early years working on his family’s vineyard. That hands-on upbringing instilled the work ethic and attention to detail that would carry him through some of the country’s most competitive academic programs.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University before heading to Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, one of the top dental schools in the world. In 2001, Dr. Giasi graduated as one of the top students in his class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, a distinction reserved for the highest-performing dental graduates.
Dr. Giasi then pursued his specialty training in orthodontics at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), one of the leading orthodontic residency programs in the country.
After completing his residency, Dr. Giasi relocated to Texas and served as the Orthodontic Instructor for the U.S. Army. During his military tenure, he trained the next generation of Army orthodontists while providing care to service members and their families. That experience deepened his commitment to accessible, high-quality orthodontic care.

Dr. Giasi stays current with the latest techniques and technologies in orthodontics.
